It’s #FoodieFriday! Dalgona Coffee (Korean Whipped Coffee) Recipe

We asked our au pairs to share their favorite recipes to help inspire your next kitchen adventure. Each week, we will share a delicious recipe from around the world. This week we learn how to make one of the most popular recipes of 2020 – Dalgona coffee, also known as Korean whipped coffee. An au pair from South Korea shares her recipe for the sweet and frothy coffee drink below! 

Dalgona Coffee (Korean Whipped Coffee) Recipe: 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tablespoons of instant coffee 
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons of water 
  • Milk  

Instructions: 

  1. Combine instant coffee, sugar and water into a large bowl.
  2. Use a hand mixer and mix ingredients until it thickens and holds it shape.
  3. Serve over milk.
